December 26, 2008: Copies (2) of the indictment, Enemies in War, are returned to President Elect Barack Obama’s Chicago office and home, articulating that said book is not a gift and that its return (again) will constitute both a violation of his Oath(s) of Office and an endorsement of a criminal enterprise masquerading as law. President Elect Barack Obama’s staff returns his copy of the indictment; Enemies in War, stating that in order to maintain public confidence, the Senator could not accept this “gift.” His staff however, does not return the indictment letter which covered the book. Click here to view the letter.
